Trains to and from Brisbane International Airport (BNE)
Brisbane AirTrain is a fast and convenient transportation that may be used to and from the airport. Just twenty minutes are needed to make the journey from Brisbane Airport to the city center of Brisbane.
The AirTrain makes a direct trip to the Gold Coast, where it connects with the G:link tram (also known as the Gold Coast Light Rail) to provide access to Surfers Paradise and the beaches of the Gold Coast.
During peak hours, train services are provided every 15 minutes, while during off-peak hours, train services are provided every 30 minutes. The Queensland Rail suburban network is also accessible via AirTrain connections.
To use this service, book your ticket on the AirTrain website. You will also receive your return journey and access to special offers explicitly reserved for families traveling with children, groups of travelers, and pair travelers.
You can also use a TransLink go card to buy tickets or at the AirTrain Domestic or International Stations, located just outside the terminal.
Notes:
At the International Terminal, ride the elevator or the travelator up to Level 3 of the Terminal building and follow the signs that direct you to the station.
Suppose you are coming from the Domestic Terminal. It would help if you exited the building through the front entrance and then utilized the Skywalk to reach the station.
AirTrain provides a transfer service for a fee of $5 between the International Terminal and the Domestic Terminal. There will be a 5-minute transfer time.
