Getting to and from Sydney Airport (SYD)
At Sydney Airport, you can take a taxi, bus, rental vehicle, rideshare, limo, bike, shuttle, or train to your destination.
The Airport Link subway line runs directly to the terminals. Below the international terminal is the International Airport station. The station serving the airport's domestic terminals is located below the parking garage (Terminal 2 and Terminal 3).
The Airport Link Company owns and operates these stations, despite their inclusion in the Sydney Trains suburban network. There is an added cost for their use. Standard suburban rail services provide service to the airport.
In contrast to trains at some other airports, these may be full of commuters before they even arrive, and there are no specific accommodations for clients with luggage.
Route 350 is operated by Transdev John Holland and connects the Domestic Terminal with the Bondi Junction Train Station. The 420 route is operated by Transit Systems. It travels from Mascot Station to Westfield Burwood via the International and Domestic Terminals, Banksia, and Rockdale.
Travelers who get off at neighboring stations and walk to the International or Domestic Terminals can avoid paying the airport station surcharge.
